Side By Side Partners with churches to provide great Youth Ministry. We can help your church develop a clear vision for effective Youth Ministry and provide necessary hands-on ministry opportunities for the youth of your parish. We offer churches the following services: 

Vision and Building Process in your church by helping you:

Establish clear vision and direction for Youth Ministry; Build and implement effective programming for youth; Create an effective leadership system; Train volunteer leaders and teams in skills for Youth Ministry.

Retreat Opportunities for junior and senior high youth.

Retreat options are for evening, weekend, day or 24 hour. Each retreat involves a three tier process: Preparation of your team/facillitators prior to retreat; Retreat experience; Re-gather with your leadership to help with the "Where to go from here" questions. Retreats often include music, dynamic speakers, small group discussions, drama and prayer built around relevant faith themes.

Speakers: 

You can also bring a Side by Side Youth Ministry Staff person to your Youth Group or Confirmation Group as a guest speaker. We believe that it is our responsibility to bring relevant, life-giving messages to todays youth that will both encourage and challenge them in their faith. 

Training:

Side by Side offers Youth Ministry training seminars for youth leaders and volunteer teams. Our half-day Youth Ministry Training Seminars include the following themes: The Nuts and Bolts of Youth Ministry, Relational Ministry, Surviving Adolescence, Helping Teens Make Decisions about Drugs and Alcohol and Team Ministry.
